This WOD was interesting and a killer on the arms and shoulders....
5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5 - Pull-ups and Push press
Since I cannot do pull-ups I got to do 3x the amount on "assisted" pull-ups!
15, 30, 45, 60, 45, 30, 15! = 23:22
